it looks like you are shorting out somewhere, i would suggest you make sure you have the exact bulbs, i had this problem when i got my clears. the amber blubs where only one prog instead of 2 so it shorted, causing the same problems as you. i just replaced to amber bulbs with the orginal white ones, now i am driving illegally, oh well.
