1999 e55 amg with 200,000 miles

Found 2 blown fuses along with two blown light bulbs at the license plate...the fuses were for the lic plate, instrument cluster and high beam left side.....

Now when I turn off key I get audible and visual warning for lights being left on....all back to normal....
