I know I'm coming in late in this thread, but I'd go for a E320 simply for parts availability. There is a constant flow of E320s at my local puck n pulls.

The one thing that frustrates me about my 190e is parts availability. It can be a 4 month wait or longer for one to show up and when they do they are usually in pretty bad shape.
