1994 S124 crank but no start.

I have a 1994 e320 wagon, 149k
It sat for about a year. Was running when I parked it.
This is what I have done so far..
Poured fuel stabilizer in the gas tank
Replaced the fuel pump
Replaced the fuel filter
Took the cover off of the fuel pump relay (green) and reinstalled but wedged the contact
Swapped the blue and green relays
Swapped the 4 year old OPV relay for one I had lying around, however it was a bit weathered.
I have sprayed starter fluid into the throttle body and in which case the car tries to start but with a very rough idle

I also noticed the original OPV was very hot when I took it off.

Prior to parking it, I upgraded the wiring harness, ETA, and replaced the e-gas cpu

Not really sure where to go from here. It seems the new fuel pump is not priming.
