The two things annoy me about my '98 w210 that I'd love to change, if possible.

1. The seatbelt chime. It's more of a shrill alarm than a gentle chime, and it's irritating. I always wear my seatbelt. I don't need this annoyance as a reminder. There must be a clean way to disable this chime?

2. The dashboard clock. It's in 12h mode and I'd much prefer 24h mode. Is there a way to change the mode?
