Thanks for the tip. That's a good idea. I'll try those first and if they don't align, I'll install the ovals.

Your suggestion makes complete sense, but MB supplies the oval eyelets in the bracket kit, and they're also what are used in the W126 rear seat with non-flipping headrests.
