I'm sorry but yeah, you probably caught something.
You could pay for Kaspersky to get rid of the malware.
Or you can get rid of it for free. You should try to restore your computer. Copy all of your important files onto a USB stick, then tell your windows machine to "restore computer".
That way any spyware or adware will be wiped clean.
You may want to closely monitor your bank account as well, a lot of these folks will STILL charge you after you refuse recurring payments.
