I doubt it. You will need some sort of electronics that "fool" the computer into thinking the EGR is there and working. The OM606 in the W210 is fairly easy with about a dollar in parts, and the CDI is a little more complicated. Yours may work with the same hack as the CDI. Many threads available here on the subject.
