I'm thinking without the roller it was getting minimal movement and barely supplying fuel.

This the lack of return flow.

I inspected by hand and the plunger moves all the way and I can hear fuel getting moved.

I transferred the roller from my old pump. Now it should be good.

Haven't tested yet though.

Will keep this updated.
