You need to be patient, they come up from time to time. Keep an eye on e-bay. Other things you want to keep a lookout for are upper and lower radiator hoses and the three exhaust sections. This is important stuff for the 190DT that have gone NLA.
Maybe it's just me, but I don't find them particularly difficult to remove. The important thing is to clean out the head and use the correct 12pt tool. If nothing else works, grind or drill the head off. The stub can be removed after the axle is out with a stud puller or monkey wrench.
