I wouldn't change diffs, since you would have to change ratios also (2.5t is the only 201 that uses the 2.67 diff). The axles are hard to come by, but not impossible. I had to toss one last year when the outer CV joint locked up, and I was able to find a spare. Just be patient, one will turn up.
