No no no no!!! Someone got W210 (96-up E-class) and W201 (84-93 190 class) confused.
AFAIK, no the 210/202 brakes will NOT fit any 124 without major mods, i.e. custom fabricated brackets or knuckles.
The hot upgrade for an E320 would be 500E brakes, which are the same as SL500/SL600 (R129 chassis). You can get 294x25, 300x28, or 320x30 rotors up front with 4-piston calipers, and either 278x24 or 300x20 (?) in the rear. These are a bolt-on but very expensive and hard to find used.
