Pistons, rods and a cranks shaft.
What crank you want depends on what you want the stroke to be. It is much easier to find a 3.6 AMG engine than a 3.5l diesel crank shaft. And cheaper. You will have to have the diesel crank machined to fit and the 3.6 fits Also rods and pistons to match.
It would actually probably be easier and cheaper to buy a 3.6 engine and aftermarket fuel injection system than to make a 3.6 from a 3.0
