MB DOC is right...to get that much more power out of (most) street motors you have to really shave close to the emission standards. If you live in California or somewhere with similarly strict smog laws you could have problems. When you talked to them did you ask about emission legality? Are they offering a warranty to that effect? Shipping the "brain box" to their shop might be a logistical problem come emission test time. The price of having a second "race" (hence all power tune, damn the emissions) brainbox would be costly but perhaps the best alternative.

Did they offer any other upgrade to go with the re-program as part of the 20-25HP gain? Another pertinent question is what kind of torque/torque band increases are you getting? A chip combined with some breathing mods might get you to 10-12% emissions legal.
