If you plan to keep the car for any length of time, bite the bullet and order the parts from an online MB dealer, especially the rubber. Suspension work is definitely under "Penny-wise but Pound-foolish" law. A lot of the cost is the labor and special tools required, so weigh getting another 10 or 15 years of service life against 3-5 years and then paying for all the labor again.
