Zacharias, check the Owner's Manual for the specified wheel size and offset (ET). Any genuine MB wheel style that matches those dimensions will fit your 210 wagon. Be sure to measure the lug hole size on any replacement wheels you are considering to verify that your existing lug bolts will fit properly.
