Just the second what CFH said.
The hoses on the housing can only go two ways. If you reinstall them and the car doesn't shut off with the key, then you have them backwards.
The tubes have oil in them because your vacuum shutoff valve has failed. Get it fixed because its shooting oil other places too.
This one is hit or miss. Some times when I've replaced these the key buzzer switch it comes right off. Other times I've broken them and replaced them with a new one or simply left it off. Put the lock in a vice grip. Get tiny nails and stick it in both sides of the switch and slowly and gently pound the nails on both sides releasing the little pressure clips on both sides to get the buzzer to slide out. Again, it might not come out for anything. You can just buy a new one or go without it.
