Remember one particular trip in a four star general's highly modified Boeing KC 135. FIRST CLASS SEATING throughout the aircraft. The General had a very very nice desk/office in the rear. Two captains flew the General and those lucky enough to be on board in style, comfort and class. Only problem there was only one very small window in the fuselage making sight seeing difficult.
