A lot of our cars do tend to have issues from people running WVO improperly. I've seen people pour in wvo and paint thinner unfiltered, and then wonder why their car doesn't last like everyone said the mercedes diesels were indestructible...
That road trip we used about 1/4 tank of diesel, and an entire trunk full of WVO. only problem had? turbo drain seal. knew it was going but was too lazy to do it.

This game actually helps you tally the types of vehicles that get poorly maintained... not so much the brand that’s less reliable.
In my humble opinion...
