Check the right, rear window. It shares the fuse with the driver's window. When both don't work, it is usually the fuse (a or b fuse, look at label sheet on cover). Not that the fuse is blown, more commonly the silver fuses the factory installed corrode at the tips, dropping the voltage. They first stop working in the "going up" direction since that takes more current. Ditto for your sunroof. Sandpaper will fix it quick, but eventually solution is replace all w/ gold fuses. By switching to the rear connector, you are using a power feed wire from the other fuse (a or b).
