Oi! i think i found the noise. I notice that if i grab the fan after turning the car off, the noise stops. I just replaced both the fan clutch and water pump with brand new parts not even 1000 miles ago, so what could it be? Here is a video.

^on the alternator fan, i have had that issue as well before. Had to pull the alternator and tighten the nut on the pulley. Listen here:
