I was in the local M-B dealer awhile back(needed a part right away), and the fella in front of me at the parts counter was trying to get a new front passenger seat for his '86 300 SE. Seems he went out to his car one morning to go to work, and the seat was gone!
Nothing else was taken or damaged. Go figure!
BTW, the dealer could only get him the seat frame, which would need to be padded and upholstered.
