thank you TX76513 for your input. I did remove the wheels/tires and I removed almost all of the nuts and bolts for the inner splash guard. Afterwards, I was looking in and up from the side and from the bottom of the wheel well, I did not see anything apparent to me. If you could shoot a few pictures that will give me an idea of where that lock is, or whatever else that I was missing, I would appreciate it very much. Thx
