The 617 has a definite hop in its movement at idle. If you have not seen one before its hard to believe it is running fine.

The filter mount will cause a tinny clanging and the motor mounts will sound like someone is applying a jackhammer to the frame so they both are distinctive.

The normal hop does not make any noise.
