CDI Fuel Filter Leak

I'm in the process of trying to figure out a fuel leak. I have a small amount of fuel pooling at the back of the filter on my 06 CDI. I'm going to make sure hoses and clamps are perfect, but I suspect there's a possibility that the fuel is leaking from the top center of the filter.

The filter has been in there about 13k miles and the o-rings were replaced. If the hose connections don't solve the problem I will replace the filter. Anything in particular I should look for as the source of the leak?

Both the filter that's in there and the spare that I have on hand are Hengst. Think I'll buy MB branded next time....only $12 more.
