The throttle cable is all good, properly secured in the guide.

Today the cold idle (air temp ~30F) was a bit lower, ~1000 in P/N, ~700 in Drive. After warming up the idle was at 1500 in P/N and 1000 in Drive.

Is there any way to test the CC/ISC module function? Not sure if my issue is the ETA or something else.
