Found another e300 for $500 in glen Burnie. It's missing an intake. I can get it towed home cheaply for $50. So essentially it's a $550 car.

It was sitting, spongy brakes perfect interior, ok body but missing intake.

I'm not gonna fix it if it doesn't need more than $200 worth of work. What's the part market for these cars? Is it worth it? I'm hoping the market is better than the w124s or I could at least resell it for $500
