Is this a W211? Or a W210?

If it's part of the W210 fleet, then I (personally) would gut it for parts and ride the "free maintenance" train.
Maybe even sell the interior if it's flawless or try an interior swap if it's possible. Leathers in the cabin probably costs more than the value of the car itself if the condition is really good.
