W202 featured 722.4's. Speedo read off the diff - not the transmission.

I.M.H.O. Last year I had problems with a 722.4. I looked around for a replacement. Very scarce and the ones that were available had high K's and were likely to fail some time in the future. It's either a rebuild or buy another car. 722.6's can be transplanted - there are available kits but the cost and trouble doing it are outweighed by just buying another car.
