take a look again - the first one has a stuck/seized one I think. Perhaps I am incorrect though.

EDIT: I looked about 10-15 times, that first one has a heat shield. If I am incorrect (vstech may be right) and there are no heat shields, you simply have different 'prechambers' in the cylinders.
