Well been here for almost 4 mos. So far love it. Nightime temps typically 15-20 deg but warms nicely during the day. You don't want a north facing driveway as it will be frozen all winter. Our property is south facing frontage so good there. Have not started designing the new house yet-still trying to recover from getting out of our last home.
Taxes are better than ca-no state income tax. Gas is 40c less expensive. Most everyone in our neighborhood is from So Cal or the Bay Area. It's very open and uncrowded here-most people that move to Nevada are moving to Reno/Sparks.
