Legal! Been through many times. I like to take some of the backroads out, weaving around 44, and ending in Westlock. Sometimes I do a loop to Lac St. Anne and around, and come south down highway #2, cruising right through Legal on my way back to St. Albert.
We hear lots of "en francais" in the Wal-Mart at the north end of St. Albert. Suppose lots of folks drop down for shopping.
