The problem here goes beyond the individual making the parts...Since Pelican's official policy is that the boards can't be used for commercial sales, Pelican itself bears the liability for this activity. The moderators on this board are doing nobody favors by allowing this to continue.

Just so you know, when the EPA goes after a manufacturer, they seize their customer records. If the vendor fails to provide such records, they pay a $45,000 fine for every day they don't comply. So the purchasers inevitably are outed and fined.
