Larry how tough is it to change the valve stems on a 87 300E? I can take apart and rebuild old chevy's and fords, before all that electronic stuff was put into engines (ahh the good old days).

If its not a home project then can a decent independant shop do this? What should I expect to pay to replace the valve stem seals?
