Well the Nevada experience is not working out as expected-it is going to take longer and cost more to build our home due to the economic expansion in Reno/Sparks about 1hr away. The builders are going to the money building tract homes there. Our original dream was to move to the Oregon Coast town of Bandon-we are re-opening the dream. We are still pretty much packed up and living in a rental. Real Estate is tight in Bandon so we will need to wait for the right home. Just got back from a quicky trip to look at a few homes that turned out to be major fixer uppers. The town burned down in 1936 so a lot of the homes are late 30's-50's. Ocean view is 50-75% premium. It's a long way from here (9 hrs) so move will be difficult.
