Looking in the service manual on the job description for rear sway bar removal.
They have 3 sway bars listed.

sway bar 123 326 44 65 13mm diameter bushing 123 326 20 81
sway bar 123 326 45 65 13mm diameter bushing 123 326 20 81
sway bar 123 326 46 65 15mm diameter bushing 123 326 21 81

Since the last sway bar is for "special vehicles and special T sedans this sway bar is not typically used.

Also since my old bushing is the 123 326 20 81, it is for a 13mm diameter sway bar. Which is what is shown in the manual for sedans too.
Measure your sway bar. If it is 13mm then this bushing is the replacement for the 123 sedan (300D, 240D) also.
