Mine on the C180 went off last year and it was spraying the coolant all over the hood and other parts. Had to clean up a lot and sent it to the tech shop. This tech shop fixed it, but as usual "found" a multitude of stuff I never complained of. This was wearing off and that was not working and all that. Finally I took it to another trustworthy tech and he set everything right without the long long list of "have" to be dones. Good luck, maybe you should do it yourself if you are capable of it. Cheers.
