Replace them and all the seals. Best $250 you'll ever spend. Check your intake boot under the FD while you are at it. Mine was not fully seated (previous owner or shop put it on wrong) and was creating a massive vac leak. New one is $40, while you have the injector lines off to replace the injectors, put a new boot on it. Make sure it is seated all the way around. I had to make a tool out of bent coathanger to work the back side down through the intake with the metering flap pushed down for access.
