And the solution was to put the breaker bar handle into the cup of the jack and put some pressure on it while rapping on it with a hammer. It didn't want to budge at first, but after a half-turn it started to come.
I think the LCA bushings will need to be replaced sooner than later. I can't seem to get the camber adjusted in. I can give it plenty MORE negative camber, but it doesn't want to come back to zero. I took some weight off the wheels and got another turn on the eccentric bolt, but I'm still off by 45'.
