A lot of kits were made for the VW...this was one of them.
There was also the ever-popular Rolls Royce grille, the 1940 Ford grille, and some other lesser-known models.
There isn't much you CAN'T find for the early Beetles, and I have witnessed some real oddities at the car shows I visited!
Except for the dune buggy conversions, in VW hobbyists circles, REAL VW afficiandos don't look at those body or grille swaps with much respect...
