After you remove the fan clutch:

- Remove the 5mm allen holding the water return pipe from water pump to aux heater pump. Also remove the 10mm hex screw holding this pipe to the water pump. Pull the pipe off the water pump and set it aside. Preferably drain the radiator a little bit first so you don't spill a bunch of water out of the water pump

- Remove the Y-bracket from the belt tensioner. Big 17mm (or 19mm I forget) bolt in the center of the belt tensioner and 3x 13mm bolts holding it in place. Bottom right bolt on the Y-bracket has a counter nut on the backside, also 13mm. You might be able to get by with just unbolting the leftmost bolt on the Y-bracket and sneaking the bracket out. But I've never done it this way.

- Remove the other 3 bolts holding the fan bracket in place and remove the unit.

Installation is reverse procedure. But replace the o-ring that goes behind the Y bracket bolt hole (it lives between the fan bracket and timing cover) and this hole needs to be resealed with the black metal to metal RTV sealant on the outside and on the Y-bracket itself. The shaft of this bolt used for this hole tapers for sealing on the o-ring and is different than the other bolts.
