Definitely do a search in this forum and the Tech Help forum. I've posted on a number of threads about this in the past year or so.

The short answer is if you can get a GOOD shop to install it for about $250, it's probably worth it. I never priced installation only, so I'm not sure what to expect there.

You can do it yourself (with some help) if you're reasonably handy.
