This has the round cylinder that pivots on the square steering lock correct?

If so, turn the key to accessory or maybe run, push on both pivots then pull the round cylinder from the square lock.

For most any system regardless of brand, the key must be turned in order to take this apart and there will be some sort if pin that needs to be pressed.
