If it was me I would be taking that bumper cover off and looking for hack repairs of the systems in the front end of the vehicle.
Also I would be scanning the system with Xentry and make sure that there are no codes related to malfunctioning systems. In this model the events that are captured by the system are astounding. Burnt out light bulbs get recorded in the history.
