There is a legend on the fuse card that explains the markings. Not near my W210 at the moment so I can't go look.

There are fuses in the following places:
- under rear seat by the battery - all circuits on this box are unswitched battery.
- Under the cover by the master cylinder - most interior devices here
- inside the sail panel by light switch - all exterior lights
- under the cover on right side of engine bay - all engine controls

The climate blower has no fuse in a fuse box, it takes a straight power feed and is internally protected in the regulator.

Drivers front window I think comes from the front fuse box, the window motor is controlled by the door control module behind the door card.

You may have a whole mess on your hands, lots of electronics in this car. Can you start and drive it?
