From what I can tell almost everything works with the exception of the 2 above mentioned though today I will check all functions.

The car starts, runs and drives just fine, when you put on the AC you can feel it get cold but the blower no longer comes on.

What regulator should I check that protects the blower motor and what is the process???

Hopefully, I'll find the fuse for both the drivers side front seat and its side powered mirror,
