I doubt if you would find anything "new" other than Mercedes, but A-1 Cardone is the biggest rebuilder of CV axle shafts, and I expect they have what you need.
I had to replace an axle on my '91 MR2 at only 45K miles due to a bad CV joint. IIRC the axle was only about 50 bucks with exchange. I was surprised at the low cost considering that the Gen 2 MR2 had unique axles, and only about 25,000 were sold in the USA from '91 to '95. The axle has held up, but has only accumulated about 5K miles.
