Perhaps someone cut fittings off and used hose clamps? Maybe reason for leaks?
If it is 40, then site says it is only 5.5mm (looks bigger than that)
Line 81 is fuel return to tank and leads to elbow 92 and it is 7.5mm ID/13mm OD.

It is definitely not the supply hose with threaded ends, which I replaced about a year ago (it was also leaking and was on the passenger rear). The hose in question is on the driver's side rear.
