I am still uncertain what that wet hose is in my 1st post above. Hose in question is near the driver's side rear wheel and is next to what looks like a check valve. If that valve is item 63 (which goes to the charcoal filter), then the hose in question (next to the valve) would be item 66, a vent hose.

Are items 63 & 66 part of the fuel vapor evap control system? If so, it should have gasoline fumes and not fuel running through it? Is that right?
