Purchased a set of sylvania silver stars last month and noticed that one of them is turning jaundice (yellow) on me
Could it be the bulb?,or power source? or even insufficient ground??? Any experiences with these so-called "upgrade bulbs"?

I'm fixing to switch the bulbs and see if it does the same thing on the other one. If so, it's the power, if not, it's the bulb......hope it's the bulb (fingers crossed)
